Our Soccer Players

Although I am relieved, I can't believe soccer has already come to an end for this season. Both Lauren and Bryson had a fun time, and both played with great teams.  Lauren enjoyed playing with her cousin Mckenna, their team name was the Screamin' Lizards (I'm glad their was no mascot!)  Bryson played with the Fire Streaks!  This year was especially interesting due to the fact that I was roped into being the coach for Bryson's team - funny huh? Really, when the AYSO rep asked, I did laugh and informed her that not only had I never coached, I had personally played VERY little soccer in my entire life.  She insisted that if someone didn't step up and coach, the kids couldn't play.  Anyway, as coach, we had fun, I learned a lot, and The Fire Streaks didn't do half bad if I do say so myself! (But, I'm done with my turn, and somebody else had better step up next time!)
